We usually ship all orders within 5–7 working days. You will receive your order within 1–2 days after dispatch based on your pincode (subject to weather and restrictions). If you'd like your order delivered around a particular date, get in touch with us at info@bonbay.co.in. Charges may be applicable.
A shipment email will be sent once the order is dispatched from our studio. You can track your order on the courier company's website using the tracking code provided in the email.
A flat shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable pan India.
Yes! International shipping is INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is between 1–2 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
Please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order for cancellations. Cancellations after this period are contingent on the order status. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, valid for three months.

We offer length customization only (not size customization). To reduce the length, please mention your desired length in the notes while placing the order. For an increase in length, contact us before ordering — charges may apply. Email: info@bonbay.co.in.

Custom outfits are not eligible for exchanges or returns as they are made to your specific measures and requests. In case of any errors, please email us at info@bonbay.co.in.
Enter your discount code or credit note at the Payment page while placing your order. Only one code can be applied at a time. These can only be used on website purchases — offline and custom orders are not eligible.
Credit notes are only applicable on products and do not cover shipping or COD charges. These costs go directly to the courier partner and are hence not covered in store credits.
Products purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchanges. In case of any production defect, a replacement will be processed.
Only one code can be applied per order. Discount codes or credit notes cannot be combined with sale offers.
Sales are only applicable on purchases made on our website. Offline orders and custom orders are not eligible for sale pricing.
We use natural, breathable fabrics including pure cotton, linen, cotton-silk blends, and handloom weaves. All fabric details are listed on each product page. We avoid synthetic fabrics wherever possible.
We recommend cold hand wash or gentle machine wash for most pieces. For embroidered or heavily embellished garments, dry clean only. Always check the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.
